Han brings more than 30 years of lending and leadership experience helping business owners and their advisors across a wide range of industries confidently navigate SBA lending and complex financing needs. He has a broad perspective of bank and non-bank lending experience that allows him to build relationships with business owners, structure strong deals, and guide the client through the entire loan process. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, he enjoys serving as the board chair of PAWS (Progressive Animal Welfare Society) in Seattle, sailing, skiing, car club events, traveling, and spending time with his daughters and dog, Piper.
